Enhanced Lifeline Program:
Eligible customers may be qualified to receive discounts on basic local residential service. Lifeline provides an individual residential line, including 911 emergency services, access to operator services, access to long distance service if selected, toll blocking and access to directory assistance for just $1.00 per month when living on tribal lands
Link-up Assistance: Eligible customers may qualify for up to a $100.00 discount on applicable new install connection charges.
In order to qualify for one of the above programs, you must participate in one of the following programs:
Medicaid
Food Stamps
Supplemental Security Income
Federal Public Housing Assistance
Low Income Home Energy Assistance
BIA General Assistance
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families or Income Eligibility Test
ASTAC Enhanced Lifeline Link-up Program
