Helping Households Connect During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Enrollment for the EBB Program will begin May 12, 2021.
- Enroll online with the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) at www.getbroadband.org, or you may download a paper application at the www.getemergencybroadband.org site, fill out the application and mail it, along with supporting documentation to USAC.
- Fill out ASTAC’s Lifeline service application and email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 907-563-3394.
The EBB Program is a temporary emergency federal government benefit program operated by the FCC and it will end when the funds run out of money, or six months after the Department of Health & Human Services declares an end to the COVID-19 health emergency, whichever is sooner. Upon its conclusion, customers will be subject to ASTAC’s regular rates, terms and conditions.

*Important note: when the application materials are available, be sure to check the box for Tribal Lands in order to receive the maximum benefit for Alaska Internet customers.
