Installation fee is free with 1 year contract. No contract requires a $300 installation fee. Early Termination Fee (ETF) of $300.00 applies for early termination. Landline service required. Taxes and surcharges additional. Some restrictions may apply.

This is a best effort service, and we will provide up to the speed stated on the plan. Due to congestion on the network the speed may vary at times.

Internet service in the terrestrial markets (Atqasuk, Nuiqsut, Pt. Hope, Utqiaġvik (Barrow) and Wainwright) are provisioned as a best effort service over ADSL over Copper, and GPON over fiber where applicable, that is suitable for real time applications with bandwidths at the advertised bandwidths with a sub 100ms latency. This service is not impacted by specialized services.
