ASTAC Photo Contest - Terms and Conditions
By submitting your photo entry to the ASTAC Photo Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: The contest is open to all individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older.
Entry Submission: All entries must be submitted through the official entry form provided by ASTAC. Only digital photo submissions will be accepted.
Ownership and Permissions: By submitting a photo to the contest, you agree that you are the rightful owner of the photo and that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and releases from any individuals depicted in the photo. You also grant ASTAC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted photo for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the ASTAC website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
Prizes for the contest will be determined by ASTAC and may vary. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. ASTAC reserves the right to retain the prize and apply the value to an overdue account if the winner has a past due balance.
