In-Person 2026 Annual Meetings

ASTAC’s team and board will hold the 2026 annual meetings the week of July 13th on the North Slope. All meetings will be conducted in-person, and members in Kaktovik, Wainwright and Anaktuvuk Pass will vote for board seats in their communities.

The Board of Director application period opened March 20, 2026 at 9AM, and closed on April 29, 2026 at 5PM.

The Board of Directors application period is now CLOSED.

The Annual Meeting notice will be distributed in May.

Board of Directors voting will open in May, with the deadline to return ballots on July 6, 2026.
