ASTAC Board Meetings are held on a quarterly basis in the Anchorage Headquarters building, fifth floor conference room and are open to all ASTAC members.

ASTAC Board Meetings will be conducted virtually and in-person. To join a virtual board meeting, please submit your request to info@astac.net. Once your membership has been verified, we will email you a registration link to sign up for the virtual meeting.
Members may submit letters to the board via our Contact the Board form our Board of Directors page. Comments from members attending the Board meetings are limited to 3 minutes each.
To request meeting minutes, please submit both a Member Confidentiality Agreement & Records Inspection Request to info@astac.net.

Bylaws
Bylaws are the written rules for conduct for any organization. They generally provide for meetings, elections of a board of directors, filling vacancies, notices, types and duties of officers and other routine conduct. Bylaws are, in effect a contract among members, and must be formally adopted and amended.
